Most acute, non-emergency issues can be reviewed in a short visit with a licensed provider. These are the most common — dandruff treatment and epinephrine refills are also available when you start a visit.

For your safety, there are some things we can't prescribe or treat through virtual urgent care.
Medications we won't prescribe
- Controlled substances (anti-anxiety, sleep meds, narcotics)
- Weight loss meds (GLP-1s, phentermine) — see our GLP-1 program
- ADHD medications
- Antipsychotics or nerve pain medications
- Ivermectin for non-parasitic conditions
- Oral steroids
- Alcohol use disorder medications
Conditions we won't treat virtually
- Severe acute symptoms (chest pain, breathing difficulty)
- Issues that require lab work or imaging
- Cases that need a specialist referral
- Ear pain or suspected ear infections
- Uncontrolled mental health symptoms
- Male urinary symptoms
- Diarrhea lasting more than 7 days
- Pregnant patients
