Yes. Active patients can message their provider through the patient portal — typical response is within one business day. For clinical questions, the portal is the secure HIPAA-compliant path. Phone and AI chat are for general/account questions, not clinical advice.

Absolutely. Profusions is fully HIPAA-compliant. All provider communications, prescription records, and intake forms are encrypted and stored in our compliant patient portal. The AI assistant is designed not to retain personal health information — for anything involving your specific medical chart, please use the patient portal or call.

No — we ship and prescribe within all 50 US states only. Our providers are US-licensed and our compounding pharmacies are US-based. International availability isn’t currently planned.
