Profusions is a clinic for testosterone replacement therapy. We expect to begin accepting new clients in January 2027, and the waitlist is open now. You will speak with our registered nurse and complete the bloodwork we order for you. A licensed provider then reviews your labs and decides whether treatment is appropriate. The initial consultation, including labs, is $199. Ongoing care is $159 every 28 days, and that price includes your medication.
The recurring price is the whole price.
The same at every dose. No membership fee, no charge for your follow-up visits, no separate lab bill, no shipping charge. HCG, if your provider includes it, is $349 every 8 weeks on top. It is optional and not everyone needs it. See the fertility note below for why it is used. You are not charged the recurring fee unless a provider approves your treatment. Billing then runs every 28 days, which is 13 billings a year rather than 12.
No testosterone prescription is written at Profusions without labs. We order the panel for you through Evexia, and the cost is included in the price rather than billed separately. If you’ve had recent bloodwork through your own physician within 6 months, we can work from that instead.
Testosterone is a controlled substance with real effects on the heart, the blood and fertility. A clinic that will prescribe it without looking at your blood first is not a clinic. This is the part of the process we will not shorten, and it is a fair question to ask any provider you are considering.
Three stages, and the prescribing decision sits with one person.
The $199 is paid up front, and your RN coordinator then schedules this call with you. Intake and coordination: your history, your symptoms, your current medications and what you are hoping to change. Your nurse does not diagnose or prescribe, and no treatment is decided at this stage.
We order the panel through Evexia and it is included in your initial fee. If you already have recent results from your own physician, you can submit those instead. Nothing is prescribed before a provider has seen them.
You have a consult with a licensed pharmacist. A licensed provider then reviews your labs and that consult, sets your dose and form, and writes the prescription, or decides that testosterone is not right for you.

Speak with your own physician first if any of these apply, and tell your provider at intake. Your provider may decline to prescribe for these or any other clinical reason, and that decision is theirs.
Your testosterone is compounded by a licensed Arizona pharmacy rather than supplied as a manufactured brand product. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies and are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety or effectiveness.
Compounding is what lets your provider set a dose, a concentration and a form for you rather than fitting you to a standard vial. It is not a way of getting around a prescription. You still need one, and you still need the labs.

We compound through licensed Arizona pharmacies, and our provider is licensed by state, so the program runs in Arizona while we work on adding others. If you are outside Arizona, our other wellness lines may still be open to you, and we will tell you plainly rather than take an intake we cannot act on.

Each cycle sends a fresh supply, so it is 13 billings a year rather than 12.
It can. Testosterone suppresses sperm production and that suppression is sometimes lasting. If you are planning children now or later, raise it at intake. It is the main reason HCG is used alongside testosterone, and it is a decision to make before starting rather than after.
